The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is providing claims reimbursement to healthcare providers and facilities for COVID-19 testing and treatment of the uninsured. Healthcare providers who have conducted coronavirus 2 testing or provided treatment for uninsured COVID-19 individuals on or after Feb. 4, 2020 can request claims reimbursement through the program electronically and will be reimbursed generally at Medicare rates, subject to available funding.

Effective May 6, 2020, Change Healthcare is accepting claim submissions to the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) COVID-19 Uninsured Program via Payer ID 95964 - COVID-19 HRSA Uninsured Testing and Treatment Fund.

Participating providers and facilities must sign up via the links below prior to submitting eligible claims for reimbursement.
